Shipping & Delivery
How fast is delivery?
UK orders are dispatched quickly, with many arriving as soon as the next working day.
Dispatch times:
- Mon–Fri: Orders before 2PM (GMT) dispatched same day
- Saturday: Orders before 10AM dispatched same day
- Sunday: No dispatch (Post Office closed)
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free UK shipping is available on qualifying orders. Options are shown clearly at checkout.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes. All orders are sent with tracking so you can follow your delivery. We typically use Royal Mail as our courier of choice.
What You Receive
What’s included in the deck?
A complete 100-card Commander deck, fully sleeved and supplied with a deck box.
What condition are the cards in?
Most cards are in lightly played condition. Some older cards may be moderately played. We never use damaged or heavily played cards.
Are the decks ready to play?
Yes. Every deck is built, sleeved, and ready to play straight out of the box.
Are the cards genuine?
Yes. We only use authentic English Magic: The Gathering cards — no proxies.
Deck Quality
Why buy a pre-built deck instead of building my own?
Building a strong Commander deck takes time, testing, and experience. These decks are designed to work straight away — no trial and error, no missing pieces.
Are the decks tested?
Yes. Every deck is tested for power level and bracket, so you know exactly what to expect. This is clearly displayed on each product page, alongside how the deck plays.
Will the cards match the images exactly?
You’ll receive the same cards listed, but artwork or printings may vary depending on availability.
Are these suitable for beginners?
Many decks are beginner-friendly, while others are stronger or more complex. If you’re unsure, get in touch via the chat box and we’ll help you choose a deck that suits you.
Returns & Issues
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us and we’ll sort it quickly — we aim to resolve any issues without hassle.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted in line with our returns policy. Items must be returned in their original condition.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
