We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely using Royal Mail as our primary courier.
Dispatch Times
Mon–Fri: Orders placed before 2PM (GMT) are dispatched the same day.
Saturday: Orders placed before 10AM are dispatched the same day.
Sunday: No dispatch (Post Office closed).
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

🇬🇧 UK Free Express Shipping — Orders over £150
🇪🇺 EU Free Shipping — Orders over €85
🌍 International Half shipping Shipping — Orders over £99 / $135

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations, including the EU.
Customs & Import Fees:
Orders outside the UK may incur customs fees, import VAT, or handling charges determined by your local authorities. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery Times:
EU orders usually arrive within 3–7 working days. Other international destinations typically take 5–11 working days, depending on location and courier performance.
Declared Value:
All parcels include a customs declaration with the accurate item value and description. We cannot mark parcels as “gift” or under-declare their value.
