Every deck is built to perform straight out of the box. If something feels off, we’ll fix it, swap it, or refund you.

Valid for 14 days from delivery. Deck must be returned complete. Return shipping applies.

Shop Commander Decks

You may return most unopened or unused pre-built decks sold and fulfilled by Collectors Cove within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returned items must be in the same condition received, including sleeves and box.

Custom-built decks made to your request are non-returnable, unless faulty or incorrect, as allowed under UK Consumer Law.

We’ll also cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item.

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your return.

Most are completed sooner, but please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return.

Orders placed before 2PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed before 10AM on Saturday are also dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 10AM Saturday or on Sunday will ship the next working day due to post office hours.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We aim to deliver UK orders within 1–3 working days, and EU/US orders within 3–7 working days.
