This deck, commanded by Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain, is all about chaining low-cost artifacts and spells to trigger Jhoira’s draw ability, giving you massive card advantage. It's designed to flood the board with artifacts, generate value through draw engines, and unleash a storm of spells.

Key Strategies:

Artifact Draw Engine: Jhoira draws a card every time you cast an artifact, allowing you to refill your hand rapidly. Cards like Ornithopter, Chromatic Sphere, and Myr Enforcer help you play cheap artifacts and keep the draws flowing.
Storm Combo Potential: With spells like Grapeshot and Mind's Desire, you can build up a large storm count and cast these for game-ending effects. Paradoxical Outcome allows you to return multiple artifacts to hand, recasting them for more card draw and storm potential.
Artifact Synergies: Cards like Sai, Master Thopterist and Reckless Fireweaver reward you for casting artifacts, creating Thopter tokens or dealing direct damage to opponents, pressuring your opponents as you build up resources.
